SupaTrak win Best Exhibition Stand PAWRS Awards 2011
CMS SupaTrak received the award for Best Exhibition Stand at this Years PAWRS Awards Dinner, which was part of the PAWRS Show, which took place this week in Paignton, Devon. The Award was presented to the vehicle telematics specialists by boxing legend Tom Conteh for the creation of the Waste Innovation Zone at the show. The Waste Innovation Zone saw 6 innovative organisations join together to create a networking area for visitors which also provided a great way to demonstrate their waste management solutions.

We put a lot of hard work into the organisation and the feedback from our visitors was very positive. It just made sense to put all technology suppliers in one area to work together and inform visitors about how our solutions can work together to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency."
The annual PAWRS event attracts national and international visitors from as far afield as Canada, Europe and Pakistan. The event prides itself on attracting some of the biggest names in the industry.
As well as the technology suppliers, the events hosted a number of vehicle manufacturers including Geesink Norba, who were showcasing their Eurovim Plus solution, which has been developed in conjunction with CMS SupaTrak to help operators make major savings in fuel consumption and maintenance costs, reduce CO2 emissions and the operator's carbon footprint, whilst promoting safer driving behaviour.
Through Eurovim Plus, operators are able to monitor and manage both individual vehicles and drivers, routes and entire fleets to optimise their efficiency in terms of mileage, operation and fuel economy. By monitoring individual drivers, it is easy to see where improved efficiencies can be gained.
In addition to this information collected via the engine CANbus, body CANbus data can also be recorded. Benefits of recording body CANbus data include the ability to predict service schedules more accurately, which can result in a reduction of maintenance costs, and improved intelligence surrounding optimum vehicle utilisation.
The solution also features a reporting module, which allows the user to configure alerts against issues such as Axle overload or the detection of an error code, which can assist with health and safety compliance. All alerts are communicated in real time, allowing timely and appropriate action to be taken.
